Overview

This device is an LD test system that automatically measures and sorts the electrical and optical characteristics of the frame package LD at high speed. The basic measurement items are "IL measurement", "FFPV, H measurement", and "wavelength measurement", but it is also possible to add items such as "polarization ratio measurement" and "high-speed pulse measurement" according to customer needs as an option.

Feature

It is possible to change the package shape by changing the setup of the measurement holder.

The measurement items are based on IL, FFP, and λ characteristics, and also support various special measurements (polarization ratio, etc.).

It can easily output and check the quality results and statistics of the measured data from the data maintenance screen.
